We need to be seen for so much more than the roles we fulfill. We need to be appreciated for who we really are, for the values that we embody, for what we stand for, for our failures, our successes, our fears and our dreams.
During these times of uncertainty, it’s normal for people to feel vulnerable and more likely to become stressed, anxious, and even depressed or fearful. The longer we are in lockdown the greater the impact on our wellbeing which is one of the success factors of emotional intelligence.
Many, if not all organizations today face the reality that change isn’t happening every few years but rather that it is happening continuously and at a rapid pace. There is a need to ensure that people have the skills, awareness and attitude to make change happen. Rather than change from a plan, people across the organization need to engage.
